A full day supply of vitamin E is found in one teaspoon of wheat germ oil. Other grains also contain vitamin E, but it is not as concentrated as in wheat germ oil.

Fortified Foods
Strong foods such as cereals contain a good dose of vitamin E.

Fruits like papaya, mango, kiwi and blueberries contain just under 15% of the recommended dosage of vitamin E per serving.

Olives are high in vitamin E, regardless of type.

Green, leafy vegetables like mustard greens, collard greens, spinach and kale are high in vitamin E with regard to vegetables, but still only contains less than 10% of the recommended daily intake of serving.

Egg yolks are high in vitamin E and is a good source of protein.
