Baked Onion Ring Recipe :
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Then line a shallow baking sheet of foil that has been brushed with oil.
Stir bread crumbs, flour and salt together. Then spread the mixture on large platter.
In a bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Cut the onions into slices. Separate discs so the pieces are in rings.
Dip onion slices into egg mixture. Then press them into bread crumb mixture, turning to coat both sides.
Place breaded onion rings in a single layer on the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Turn and cook for another 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
