do you need:!.
4 minutes a day
a good attitutide.
and that’s it !.
Lie flat on your back with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle (as you’re going to do a sit up)
cross your arms across your chest
adjourn 3/4 of the way up the belly (not the neck) and hold it for 3 seconds. Hold your breath for.. .
Bring yourself the rest of the way up, and let out the breath
Now, go half way down and hold yourself in that position with your abs and hold your breath for 5 seconds.
Now, slowly return to the floor and let the breath out.
Do 15 times. Building up to 5 reps at 15.
