Reduce calories to your diet one or two hundred calories. It does not matter if you cut out a specific food or not, you just have to keep portion control.
Have an exercise plan. Exercising will help you to continue to burn calories and help you have more energy in general.
If you want a cookie or a piece of cake, go for it. Most people go out of diets because they deprive themselves of their favorite foods.
Remember portion control! If you go for the cake, do not go for four slices. Make a conscious decision to only eat enough to cure you craving for it.
