I’ve heard many “miracle” diet info commercials about losing 20 pounds hear and there, but I’ve never had these experiences. In fact, I just had the opposite. We are asked to talk about things we know, I’ll talk about how to get 20 pounds in 90 days. Trust me it works. I can personally vouch for this. You do not need to change your routine or eating different food. However, individual results are not guaranteed, because some people cheat (high metabolism)

Begin each morning with a big bowl full of sugary cereals (sugar puff is good), toped with milk, next to a blue berry muffins with light butter. And do not forget high glass Sunny D.
