All too often our blenders get dusty when we choose fast food or other fattening meals rather than more healthy, easy to make and tasty choices. Nutritious milkshakes only takes a minute to make and are sure to fill you up with delicious food that is good for you too
. 1 apple, preferably Fiji.
2 slices of pineapple. Mobiltelefoni1 / 2 cup milk.
1/2 cup strawberry yogurt.
4 scoops low-fat ice cream.
Any other fruit you like !.
First you have to pick out the fruit you want. I prefer banana, pear, apple, pineapple and strawberries. You can also use them in yogurt if you want a creamy shake.
Start putting the fruit in the blender. I begin with a banana, then put in an apple sliced into four pieces.
Next, cut the pear and pineapple slices. Be careful not to cut yourself! Put them into the milkshake mix well.
When the fruit is all built into the blender, add the yogurt. You can select a taste of fruit yogurt you prefer, and I chose strawberries. Put about 1/2 cup into the blender, more if you want your shake to be extra creamy
Now add in the milk. . . I recommend about 1/2 cup, but you can use less if you want a real milkshake feeling. Alternatively, you can spend more to get a thinner shake.
Add 4-6 scoops vanilla ice. The more you put in, creamier and thicker movements will be. I usually use six bullets, but 4 works well. Also be careful not to use non-fat or low-fat ice cream to cut down on calories.
Now be sure to cover the top and just turn the blender on, and there you go! A hearty, healthy shake that is high in vitamins and calories. This is usually about 6 1/2 cups so you can have a cup and then save some for later or share it with a friend. Experiment with other fruits and amounts of milk, ice cream, etc. Enjoy!
Tips and Warnings
You can cut the peels of apples, pears, etc. To avoid small pieces appear at the bottom of the grate.
You can add ice cubes to the mix, too, if you want a different texture.
Be careful not to cut yourself.
