A quick meal for the energetic and fit. This will help you stay on the road and fuel your metabolism to shed unwanted pounds
1 cup finely shredded cabbage
. 12oz Mahi-Mahi.
1/2 medium red onion diced.
4 corn tortillas.
Clean and oil a grill. Medium heat.
Make mango salsa by combining mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, juice of one lime.
Drizzle oil over the fish sparingly and rub the blackening seasoning. Place the fish on the grill for 4 minutes.
Flip with spatula and cook for another 4 minutes. Take the fish and warm tortillas on the grill for 2 minutes.
Put as much of the fish on each tortilla. Add some cabbage and salsa.
Tips and Warnings
Serve each taco with a wedge of lime and 1/2 cup or black beans.
