How Drinking More Water And Be Green

Water is a key ingredient to our overall wellness and health. A person can go for a few weeks or more without food but can only last no more than three days without water in optimal conditions (but this is usually less). Therefore it is important to drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body functioning at its best. But some people choose to drink more water in a way that is harmful to the environment (bottled water). This article shows you how to drink plenty of water throughout the day, but still be “green” and environmentally friendly.
You need:
tap
. reusable bottle.

Start the day with a large glass of tap water in addition to any other beverage you prefer morning.

Carry a large reusable bottle with you during the day filled with tap water at home. Do this when you come to work, running around, exercising, and where else you go.

When you pass a water fountain in your workplace or when you’re out and about, make sure to take a sip or two (or more). Do this throughout the day.

For lunch, drink good glass of iced water which is typically automatically offered to you at sit-down restaurants. And just stick with it-you do not need all that extra sugar and calories from other drinks. If you eat at a fast food restaurant, just ask for tap water with you meal (this will make the food cost less too!)

For dinner or supper -. . Drink more tap water.

If you get tired of the taste of all this water, then add lemon or lime, or try brewing some iced tea, or add a powdered flavor mixture into water (soda, limeade, seaweed, etc…).
