Healthy Regular Diet

Healthy Regular Diet

Fasting is a common and effective method of dieting. But it can also be dangerous when done wrong, so it should only be done under the guidance of a medical professional. Most fasts are for periods ranging from one to seven days, with three days are common and relatively easy for most people to achieve. Fasting does not necessarily mean not eating, in fact, it is more common, and perhaps healthier, to limit the diet to certain foods or beverages for the duration of the fast. Water consumption will be increased within a fixed, to avoid dehydration.
Raw Fast
A type of fort which is quite simple and not very scary for people new to fasting is a raw fast. In a raw fast, diet is limited to raw fruits and vegetables. The theory is that cooking, blending or juicing fruits and vegetables spoil some of their nutritional value, so by eating them raw to get the most benefit from them. If you try this quickly, be sure to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables. A good rule of thumb for this fast is to eat fruits and vegetables from every color of the rainbow to make a wide range of nutrients.
juice Fast
One of the most popular fast juice fast. For this fast to be effective, you need a good juicer. There are two main types of juicers, masticating and centrifugal. Masticating juicers chew up the food and squeeze out the juice, and is generally believed to be the best of the two types, but they are more expensive and harder to clean. A centrifugal juicer, which crushes the food as it quickly spins out the juice, should be sufficient for most, but remember that in this case you do get what you pay for. As with the raw fast, remember to juice a variety of fruits and vegetables, and try to juice more vegetables than fruit. A ratio of two or three vegetables for every one fruit is common. Replacing regular meals with fresh juice and drink it immediately after pressing. Do not store any leftovers, as fresh juice quickly loses nutrients by oxidation. Also drink plenty of water during this quick.
waterproof
Never attempt any fast without medical supervision, and this is especially true when considering a water fast. The potential for serious injury to yourself is very real, but a water fast can be an advantage if undertaken responsibly. A water quickly efficiently provides the entire digestive system a break. It is emptied, and the result is often a feeling of refreshment, lightness and energy. However, this is also difficult for people who are inexperienced with fasting to do, as the physical effects of a water fast can be overwhelming at first. Discuss with your doctor the symptoms you can expect, which may include headaches, dizziness or lightheaded, and nausea.
Nutrition
Fasting should not be used as a weight loss diet. Starving yourself lowers your metabolism, causing the body to store more fat. This results in yo-yo effect, where a person drastically gains weight, then loses it, then get it again, and so on. Fasting is best used as a supplement to an already healthy nutritional regime, and should only be attempted by persons who are physically able to handle temporary loss of nutrients and calories. Do not binge when you come out of a fast, simple back in regular food by gradually increasing your calorie intake at each meal.
