Changing your diet may be the most important aspect of your detox. Avoid caffeine, alcohol and dairy products. Drink purified water and hot water with lemon and honey, which helps flush your system of toxins. Try to eat organic food during your detox. Avoid sugar and starch during detox, as this makes you slow and can hold onto fat. Fat also keeps the toxins longer than muscles.
