How Not To Get Sick

Getting sick is NOT an inevitable disadvantage. Here are some steps you can take to prevent the error

1.
Wash your hands in warm water and soap as much as possible. Harmful bacteria are everywhere and with all the public hand things we touch throughout the day, such as door handles, rails, keyboards, etc, it is almost impossible to avoid collecting it on our fingers and hands.

2.
Get some zzz’s. A good night’s sleep every night (8-10 hours) will help stave off disease and promote better overall health.

3.
Cast on Antioxidants. Fruits and vegetables naturally contain large amounts of antioxidants, so eat as many as possible. The more variety and more colorful, the better. Green / red / black tea and coffee are also good sources of antioxidants.

4.
Take a multivitamin. Vitamins and minerals provide much needed nutrients for our body that increases our overall immunity. If you do not eat many fruits and vegetables, it is especially important. Consider taking extra vitamin C for an extra boost.

5.
Exercise. Routine excercising 3-5 times per week, will help to reduce stress and boost immunity along with the other obvious health benefits.
6.
Relax! Life is hectic, but find ways to scale down to reduce stress and you will find yourself not get sick as often.
