Rolled oats

Strawberries and cream oatmeal is something that most diabetics can enjoy. To do, only warm water as suggested on oatmeal container. While the water is heated add the diced strawberries in pot. Use a ¼ cup strawberries per serving. Then add low fat skimmed milk, ½ cup per serving, and two tbsp. of butter per serving. To sweeten use a favorite non-sugar sweetener, such as Splenda. 2 eggs
