as treatment progresses, the relationship to friends and family very much focused on the patient. during recovery, relationships changed again, and often the attention and support may diminish with time as pancreatic cancer survivors are recovered.

In fact, many cancer patients experience a heightened appreciation for life and a wave of force to respond to challenges, making life richer experience than before their cancer experience.
