All have two types of fat cells, the alpha fat receptors and beta receptors fat. Exercise five times a week for at least 30 minutes. This is so your body can begin to start burning that stored fat. Make sure you have some fuel in your system before exercise, otherwise you start burning muscle tissue instead of fat.
