The way you look affects how people perceive your weight. The best way to look thin immediately is to make the look by following these simple guidelines dress
good hearty food.
Wear clothes that fit you properly. If you wear clothes that are too small, you will see fatter-not thinner-because the tight, revealing clothing will accentuate every curve, bulge and roll on your body. If you wear clothes that are too big, you will see fatter too because your body will be hidden under a lot of loose, sagging fabric that gives your body no shape. If it is difficult to find something that fits right, get your clothes tailored.
Wear clothes that accentuate the smallest part of your body, such as your natural waist or under the bust line, and that de-emphasize larger portions. Buy clothes with stitch patterns, or flair (bows, belts, wraps) to draw attention to the area you want. Use skirts that flare away from the body and wide-legged pants to look slimmer by the hips and thighs.
To de-emphasize a large chest, make sure you are wearing the right size bra with good support. Do not wear plunging necklines or tight shirts that let bust spilling out. Must have longer tops and jackets to make the torso look thinner and balanced. Always fit the clothes of your bust, even if you have a thin waist, because you can always get your clothes tailored.
To balance a pear shape, make a small chest look bigger and more proportioned to the rest of the curves. Emphasize bristles with shrugs and other cropped jackets, bands and ribbons under the bust line, long V-neck, and patterns and style of the chest area.
Use an outfit in just one color or a pattern instead of splitting up your body with different colors and patterns. Dark, solid colors and tame patterns work best because they hide unwanted curves better than bright colors and patterns highly do, and they make you look taller.
Look taller also makes you look thinner. If you are short skirt wear heels (without ankle straps) and or dresses that hit the top of the knee to extend your legs. Pass shirts and jackets do not go past your hips or other upper body will look long and your legs will look very short.
Tips and Warnings
bloating can make you look and feel fat regardless of your weight. To prevent bloating, drink lots of water, eat foods high in fiber, eat slowly, and exercise, or at least move around often instead of sitting all day. Eliminate bloating gives you the impression of having lost abdominal fat.
