How To Drink More Water

We’ve all heard how great water is to us. We know we need to drink at least 8 8 oz glasses of water a day. So if we know this then why are so many of us still do not drink enough water? ! Let me show you some ways to drink more water
You need:
Water

1.
First you need to set a realistic goal. If you have not had a sip of water in the last 3 months when not resolve to only drink water. It is not realistic. A more realistic goal is to drink the required eight glasses of water each day.

Now that you have a goal start the first morning. Try drinking a glass of water before the first cup of coffee. It will help hydrate you and get your day off to a good start.

Try to incorporate at least one glass of water with each meal. Not only will it help fill you up, but it also clears the palate so you can enjoy your food more.

Carry a water bottle with you and sip on water throughout the day. It’s amazing how much water you can drink in a day only because it is readily available to you!

5.
Make lemonade! Instead of drinking soda drinking water. If you can not give up soda entirely then begin by replacing a soda a day with a glass of water.

If you can not handle clean water try adding crystal light water. It comes in so many different flavors and sugar. It’s an easy way to increase the water intake!
7.
Every day try to drink an extra glass of water. Before long you’ll start to notice the benefits!

Tips and Warnings

There are major brands of crystal light that is much cheaper and tastes the same.
Increasing water intake can also increase the need to urinate. Plan ahead to make sure a bathroom is available.
