Nutritional yeast is a wonderful source of ‘B’ family of vitamins. Purchased in small quantities, it can be much more expensive than buying in bulk. Health food stores offer either plastic or paper bags for bulk purchases, but neither is suitable for long term storage of yeast.
Nutritional yeast can be used on almost all foods, but is excellent on potatoes, in soups and stews and all types of pasta. It can be used as a substitute for cheese in many recipes

You need:
Nutritional yeast.
Large Freezer Bags.

Place excess yeast in some freezer bags fill each bag about three quarters full.

Print out extra air bags by folding the top over and pushes air out.

Seal the bags tightly.

Flatten bags to each level.

5.
Stable bags in the freezer and use as needed.

Tips and Warnings

Large open yeast in a covered container in the refrigerator. Nutritional yeast stores better in cold like this helps to retain vitamin content.
