Hate doing chores? Not a big fan of scrubbing the toilet or cleaning the oven? Well, you’re not alone. Very few people in their right mind actually enjoy doing this. This is why the maid profession exists. But this work must not be seen in a negative way. In fact it can be used to supplement or replace our training. Why spend time practicing when you can get much of the same effect doing chores? As such, you can save a lot of time that you would have spent every workout. Here are some tips on how you can exercise while you work
do you need:. .
Need to lose weight now! Do exercises to do.
First, remember that any kind of movement such as walking, dusting, scrubbing, etc. are a form of exercise. Some are more effective than others but all involve the use of muscles. Even if you just dusting, stick on some weights to the arms to provide more resistance, and therefore, more exercise.
Another thing to remember is that if you can make the kind of chore that requires repetition and intensity, then it will give a better workout. Examples include mopping floors, vacuuming, scrubbing tile, etc. Treat this just to work out in a gym. That is, have a tv or radio on while doing the job. You can even have an MP3 player (b. Eg iPod) connected too.
Also, just like exercising in the gym, try to do work in certain time periods. Try to get into a rhythm where you vacuum for 20 minutes, then dust for 10, etc. Have tasks timed and thoughtful will make it seem like a lot more like a workout, and hopefully fun too.
