Four F Diet

Four F Diet

Choosing a diet that works and sticking to it can be a difficult issue, but weight-loss expert Dr. Paul Rivas refined the four F’s Diet, which makes weight loss as easy as one, two, three. . . four.
Frequent small meals
Eating five to six small meals a day is more effective for weight loss than eating three regular-sized meals. This plan should keep your calorie intake low, rev up your metabolism, and carry a feeling of fullness that lasts and helps cut down unnecessary snacking.
Fluids
Being hydrated is important for steady weight loss. When the kidneys do not get enough water they can not perform their job properly, which is to remove waste from the blood. The liver, which works by turning fat into a form of fuel for the body, must put its own work aside to help the kidneys, which means more fat remains in the body unused.
Fish
For the three main meals of the day, protein, making a person feel fuller faster, must be eaten first, as much as preferred. Doing this will cut down calories consumed at each meal. Different kids of fish, especially sardines, tuna, salmon, and herring are the best options with high source of protein.
Fiber
Fruits and whole grains cereal is full of fiber and at least one portion should be added to each meal. Fresh cherries, apples, pears, prunes, strawberries and plums are excellent sources of fiber which is a variety of beans like kidney beans and green beans.
