The principle of the Atkins Diet is that most people do not eat the right foods, and not in the right amounts. This diet recommends cutting out most carbohydrates and eating more protein and some fat, according to Atkins Diet Advisor

You can eat as much as you want of these, but go easy on tripe and luncheon meat.
Cheese
You are allowed 3-4 grams of blue cheese, cheddar, cream cheese, goat cheese, gouda, mozzarella or Swiss cheese daily. When the two-week induction or launch period is over, you can impose a limited amount of farmer cheese and cottage cheese.
