Saltwater
To flush out your colon, you need to drink a liter of salt water every morning. Add two teaspoons of unrefined sea salt to warm filtered water.

Since most tap water containing fluorine, chlorine and may contain heavy metals and other toxins, it is important to filter the water. After all, this is a detox diet, and the last thing you need is to add new toxins while eliminating the old ones.
organic Lemons
Lemons are a natural diuretic, and they have high levels of vitamin C. freshly pressed two tablespoons of juice from an organic lemon in a 10-ounce glass of warm filtered water. Drink at least six glasses a day.
Cayenne Powder
