Baked Chicken Curry
Baking the chicken is much better for you than frying. Try the chicken curry. Just coat chicken breast with a sauce made of ginger, garlic, cumin and chili powder. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Add a few vegetables of your choice. Serve with rice.
Grilled Lemon Chicken
Grilled chicken is another low-calorie alternative. Mariner chicken in lemon juice, garlic and a little olive oil overnight for best effect, or only 10-15 minutes before cooking. Grill over medium heat, basting the chicken occasionally. Serve with vegetables and rice or baked potatoes. You can also cut the chicken up to make kebabs with peppers and onions.
